The young playmaker C\u00e9sar Palacios signs with Fulham FC on a
\n-term deal from Real Madrid.<\/p>\n

Signing for an undisclosed fee, the 21-year-old attacking midfielder has agreed a contract until June 2031, with a Club option to extend by a year.<\/p>\n

He will wear the number eight shirt.<\/p>\n

Speaking to FFCtv, Palacios said: \u201cI am very emotional to be here. I believe it is the perfect step in my career.<\/p>\n
