Bayern Munich midfielder Xabi Alonso is featured in the cover of the latest edition of Libero Magazine which, not coincidentally, corresponds to the 14th edition of the publication.
Spanish journalist Javier Aznar spent three days in Munich with Xabi to share the players daily routine. Aznar was able to witness his training routine, his family dynamic, and talk about subjects present and past of the player’s life and career.
This same issue also features a special piece written by Xabi’s personal friend and former Real Madrid teammate, Esteban Granero. The Real Sociedad midfielder profiles his relationship with Alonso and ends the article on a high note claiming that, both on and off the field, he “tries to behave as (I) think Xabi would.”
