Álvaro Arbeloa has joined West Ham United on a one-year contract.
The Spanish defender is looking forward to returning to the Premier League, after having played for three years at Liverpool and the last 7 years at Real Madrid.
Arbeloa will wear the No5 shirt. He has told West Ham TV that he is “really happy to be here in a great Club in a great league. I’m really happy to be back in England and, for me, it’s a great chance and I’m looking forward to playing with this side”.
