“He avoids conflicts. He works hard to have a special connection with players”. This is the way the Bayern de Munich midfielder, Xabi Alonso, describes Carlo Ancelotti, the new coach of the team for the next season.
Xabi Alonso and Ancelotti already know each other since they worked together at Real Madrid between 2013 and 2015. In an exclusive interview with FCB.TV, the spanish player wishes him luck in his new era in Munich: “I hope it will be fructiferous”.
“The season has been successful”
In relation to the last season, Xabi Alonso affirms that “it has been successful and played with perseverance, and as a result, we won two titles, the German Bundesliga and the German Cup. We just lost a few games and we performed very well. This should give as calmness for the next season”.
“I will follow closely Euro Cup 2016”
Euro Cup 2016 begins today, 10th of june, in France. This year will be the first in long time that Xabi Alonso will follow it on TV: “After many years playing with the Spanish team, now it is time to relax. I am looking forward to watch the tournament. As a football fan, I would like to watch a great football”.
